A Dividend Check Per Month

This post is to inform you of an income based strategy we have rolled out to our clients. It’s designed to provide an income based “monthly dividend check” using common stocks. While the focus is income, there is still growth available. The objective of the “Check A Month” strategy is to create a diversified portfolio of dividend paying stocks in the S&P 500 and evaluating them using a technical scoring system. The goal of the monthly income check strategy involves buying a group of quarterly-dividend-paying stocks with payment dates spread across the calendar, so a client receives a dividend check(s) each month. Clients will need to pay taxes on any dividends they receive.   \ Click Here to Read More!...

Your Investments: What Should You Do Now!

Friday, April 3, 2020; 1:21 pm CST Dear Friends, Family and Clients, If the United States wasn’t already in a recession before the recent all-time high of the S&P 500, you can just about a bet the ranch that we’re in recession now, with; economic growth slowing / temporarily shut down unemployment jumping to 4.5% residential and commercial real estate slowing an economy filled with public health uncertainty an old-fashioned oil price war between Russia, Saudi Arabia and the US. After a 11 ½ year economic expansion we got just what we can expect: Click Here to Read More! ...

Market Fluctuations Aren’t Losses

Monday, April 13, 2020; 2:20 pm CST Dear Friends, Family and Clients, Fluctuations Isn’t Loss   What we need to bring to your attention, that is, to the person who is trying to avoid (temporary) losses in the market, is simply to know there are ultimately only two things you can do with your capital. You can save it; or you can invest it. The great thing about savings bank accounts, certificate of deposits, Treasury bills, money market funds that are prices at $1.00, is that your principle stays virtually constant all the time. There’s tremendous emotional comfort in knowing that the number of dollars you had yesterday is the same number that you have today, and that it will be the same number tomorrow. The Advance is Permanent; Declines are Temporary. Part 4

Thursday, March 26, 2020; 10:25 am CST Dear Friends, Family and Clients, Our main indicators were completely “washed out” from intense selling pressure over the last several weeks. We saw market declines that were historic in nature. Now, a week later they’re incredibly positive. We have to remember the stock market discounts the future. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is “priced in” using a global auction marketplace. The Russell 2,000 which recently traded at $96 per share, also traded at that level in May 2013.  Years of gains wiped out in a few short weeks. Two thousand of the best, most entrepreneurial  companies in America lost approximately 44% of their market value peak-to-trough. Those companies also pay an annual dividend income 132% GREATER than “safe” US 10 Treasury notes. (1.90% vs. 0.816%) I could list the top 25 or 50 companies but other than 2 or 3, you’ve likely never heard of them. Emotionally frightened “bad” investors are BEGGING us to take these companies off their hands at 2013 prices. Click Here to Read More! https://conta.cc/39hxaD3...

The Advance is Permanent; Declines are Temporary. Part 3

Despite Friday’s huge 1,400 point swing in the Dow Jones Industrial Average from UP + 500 points to closing DOWN – 913 points; we witnessed a small 0.95% uptick in the total number of stocks showing positiveness. This means if we get a minuscule1.05% additional increase in positive trends of stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange, the bear market of 2020 may go down as the greatest buying opportunity of our retirement career. The Advance is Permanent; Declines are Temporary Part 2

March 18, 2020: 10:35 am CST Dear Friends, Family and Clients, Despite today’s -1,200 point decline,(as we speak) I have some good news! Demand for stocks is returning!  Underneath the hysteria, the news media, the doom and gloom, I see demand entering the market for the S&P 500 and technology stocks in the NASDAQ 100. We’ve seen a +12% in positiveness in the midst of gloom which is EXACTLY what we want to see. The technical definition of a bear market is: a period of time during which common stocks are returned to their rightful owner. Click Here to Read More…https://conta.cc/3910uh1...
